About Coaching

You can do hard things.

Realizing your need for coaching and actually following through with booking a coaching session is truly a courageous and humbling process.

You are courageous enough to look in the mirror with a more discerning eye and ask yourself pointed questions –

“Why do I keep getting stuck in these unhealthy patterns?”

“What is keeping me from living my life with abundance and joy?”

“How do I keep sabotaging myself and falling back into old patterns?”

“Why can’t I break free from my overthinking?”

Coaching will help you understand the “whys.” Together, we will uncover the mysteries of the “why” and find more effective paths toward living your most rewarding and fulfilling life.

Welcome to my world

When you enter the lobby, you will notice the dimmed lighting, cool air, bookshelf, comfy couch and chairs, and the light citrus smell. All of these touches were created to invite you to shift out of the busyness of life and into the calm and intentional space of coaching.

Every session with me will feel well planned, balanced, cooperative, curious, and intentionally crafted with your growth and goals in mind. Our first session sets the tone for all future sessions. I have been told I bring a calm, warm, nonjudgmental, and caring presence into the office.

My energy will make us more curious about these stuck-and-yuck places in your life. We will then identify which of these stuck-and-yuck places needs our attention first and create a plan for our future sessions.

You will likely have an assignment to work on in between sessions to help integrate new knowledge and key learnings. Research shows that it takes nine weeks (63 days) for a new habit to form and stick – I believe that small weekly tasks help create new healthy habits. As you engage in the homework, I hope you will see it as an investment in your personal growth.

Goals determine what we do in session.

Each coaching session will keep your key goals front and center while creating an openness to allow life’s ever-changing challenges to get some airtime. Life is unpredictable. I will do my best to honor that and provide that flexibility in our coaching sessions. My coaching clients truly appreciate this flexibility and have benefited from my focus on their goals while at the same time holding space for their humanity.

Typically, clients see tangible results after their third session but begin to feel something shift inside them after their first session. They describe it as an awakening that fuels them to dig deeper and do the work between sessions.

Tools to see you into your future.

At the end of coaching, clients walk away with usable tools that work with their lifestyle and not against it. The changes over the 6-12 sessions become lasting changes that develop into new habits that bring more joy and abundance into their lives – relationally, professionally, spiritually, and personally.

I believe that you are resilient and possess the motivation to live the life you deserve – a life filled with wellness, healthy relationships, and abundance.

About Me

Take it from me – Change is possible.

But you must take the first step. Hi, I’m Tanya Doyle, Life Coach.

Like you, I struggled to survive working 40 to 50 hours a week while parenting three young kids, cooking, cleaning, and barely having the energy to connect with my spouse or myself. I was overwhelmed, my inner critic kept me stuck in unhealthy patterns, and I checked out. I would go to a device – my phone, tablet, or laptop – and play games, scroll through Facebook, or watch random shows.

These behaviors added no value to my life. I felt utterly hopeless. With the support of my husband, I began therapy and worked on my past hurts and pains. This support encouraged me to enroll in graduate school, but a familiar issue surfaced – I had a big problem with procrastinating.

That problem led me to seek help again but with a Certified Life Coach. I needed a few sessions to help me identify my goals, create an action plan, and increase my motivation to continue with my daily action plan. Little by little, I felt more empowered.

My new behaviors created freedom and flexibility in my life that I had not experienced before as an adult. I felt lighter and productive. I found my confidence again.

Being a coach comes from my background and training.

My education and credentials include a B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida and an M.S. in Counselor Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

I have worked in the mental health field as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over five years. Before that, I worked for AT&T for 18 years. I also worked as a Trainer, Manager, and Project Manager.

Let me help you rediscover your potential. We can leverage your existing strengths and train your brain toward healthier mindsets. Are you ready for a life-lasting change?

Allow me the privilege of coaching you towards your most abundant life.

Family is an essential component of my life.

I have three kids who keep me very busy. My oldest son is an accomplished collegiate track athlete in a master’s program at the University of North Florida. My daughter is entering high school and plays competitive soccer, and my youngest is in middle school and plays competitive soccer and volleyball.

I spend many weekends outside in the gorgeous Florida sun, watching my kids compete. Watching my kids do something they love brings joy to my soul.

My husband and I have been married for 15 years, and he keeps me grounded and smiling.

Many activities keep me busy outside the office.

Travel is at the top of my list when I get downtime. I enjoy immersing myself in different cultures – customs, food, and worldviews. There is so much to learn from others.

My guilty pleasure is watching British baking shows. I love hearing the British accents and watching the inner turmoil in their process of attempting to bake the “Paul Hollywood Handshake” worthy tarts, biscuits, and cakes.

As a native Floridian, I enjoy our beaches, especially the Gulf beaches (white sand and calm seas – what’s not to love!). Being a Floridian, I also love theme parks. I grew up visiting all the parks at Walt Disney World. I have so many fun and loving memories there. When I am at Walt Disney World Park, I feel like a kid again.

And I cannot forget about my precious fur babies – Zeke and Shadow (my two dogs) and Kumo and Nula (my two cats). The funny thing about our animals is that we searched for dogs who did not shed (Goldendoodle and Miniature Poodle), but then we adopted two kittens a couple of years later – cat hair is a REAL struggle.
